Most of our products take 4-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Our products are made to order, please allow 72 hours to ship.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with the product, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right. We cannot accept returns of medical/health related items.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Yes! We offer refunds if you meet the following: (1) Items must be sent in the same condition as you receive using our return label that is provided by our customer service representatives. (2) Fill out Contact Us Page (Name, Order Number, and any information of why you are requesting a refund) We have a 30 day money back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund and it make take 3-5 business days to process through your bank.
